Meet Sharaya Hairston

Food and Beverage DIrector

  • Sharaya Hairston serves as the Food & Beverage Director at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, where she oversees all concessions, bar operations, catering, and food service initiatives throughout the facility. She brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality, food and beverage operations, and event management. Prior to joining Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, Sharaya held leadership roles with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, where she gained extensive experience managing high-volume events, guest services, and hospitality operations. Her passion for creating memorable guest experiences, developing strong teams, and driving operational excellence has helped elevate the food and beverage program at the campus while enhancing the experience for athletes, families, and visitors from across the country.
