• Breno Couto is an agronomist and sports turf professional with more than 20 years of experience in sports field construction, grow-in, maintenance, and renovation. Originally from Brazil, he has contributed to some of the world’s most prestigious sporting events, including the FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games, MLS and NFL.
• Before joining Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, Breno held leadership positions in the natural turf industry in both Brazil and the United States, overseeing projects ranging from professional soccer stadiums to elite training facilities. His expertise includes turfgrass management, irrigation systems, field construction, sports field consulting, and event preparation.
• As Sports Turf Manager at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, Breno is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the campus’s seven outdoor fields, ensuring safe, high-quality playing surfaces for athletes, tournaments, and community programs year-round.
• Breno is passionate about delivering championship-quality fields while promoting sustainable turf management practices and innovative solutions for sports facilities.

• Brings over 25 years of experience advancing the cheerleading industry through education, innovation, safety, and standards through work with the USASF, IASF, & ICU.  
• Served for 14 years on the International Cheer Union (ICU) Governing Council, contributing to global program development
• Provided consulting and training to coaches and athletes across more than 60 countries worldwide

Sharaya Hairston serves as the Food & Beverage Director at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, where she oversees all concessions, bar operations, catering, and food service initiatives throughout the facility. She brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality, food and beverage operations, and event management. Prior to joining Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus, Sharaya held leadership roles with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Walt Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin Resort, where she gained extensive experience managing high-volume events, guest services, and hospitality operations. Her passion for creating memorable guest experiences, developing strong teams, and driving operational excellence has helped elevate the food and beverage program at the campus while enhancing the experience for athletes, families, and visitors from across the country.

• Began at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus in Operations & Guest Services, gaining hands-on experience in facility operations, guest relations, event support, and customer service before advancing to Retail Manager.
• Now oversees retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer experience, ensuring a welcoming and efficient retail environment for guests and athletes.
• Combines a background in creative design with retail leadership to develop branded merchandise, signage, and visual displays that reflect the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus brand.
• Brings nearly 6+ years of experience in operations, retail, and customer service, with a passion for teamwork, innovation, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

• Began at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus in Operations & Guest Services, gaining hands-on experience in facility operations, guest relations, event support, and customer service before advancing into event coordination.
• Now serves as Event Coordinator, overseeing the planning and execution of tournaments, special events, and community programs while coordinating logistics with event organizers, vendors, and campus staff.
• Works closely with internal departments to ensure events run smoothly, delivering exceptional experiences for athletes, coaches, families, and guests from start to finish.
• Brings over 5 years of experience in operations, event management, retail, customer service, and creative design, with a passion for creating memorable events and fostering strong community partnerships.

• Leads marketing efforts for sports programs, including website development, program promotion, and campaign strategy focused on growing participation and strengthening community awareness.
• Works closely with coaches and staff to translate program vision into clear, engaging messaging that connects with families and highlights WRSC as a destination for development-focused training.
• Brings a passion for creating meaningful experiences through sports and events, with a focus on storytelling, brand consistency, and helping athletes and families connect to programs that support their growth.
