Run the Ranch is a free weekly community meetup designed to bring people together through movement. Every Thursday, runners and walkers gather at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus for a 5K group run or 1-mile community walk before enjoying a post-run social hour with food, drinks, and great company.

Whether you’re an experienced runner, just getting started, or simply looking to meet new people, there’s a place for you here.

Run the Ranch is a weekly community run and walk at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus designed to bring people together through fitness, connection, and fun. Every Thursday evening, runners and walkers of all ages and abilities are invited to get active, meet new people, and enjoy a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re training for a race, walking with friends, or simply looking for a healthy way to spend your evening, everyone is welcome.

Throughout the year, select Thursdays will feature special community celebration nights with themed runs, local vendors, food, music, giveaways, and family-friendly activities. It’s the perfect way to stay active, connect with your community, and experience everything Wiregrass Ranch has to offer.

Weekly schedule

  • 5:00PM Check-In:
  • Arrive early, check in, stretch, and connect with fellow participants before the evening begins.
  • 5:30 PM Community Walk/ Run:
  • Choose your own pace and enjoy a fun, supportive route around the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus.
  • After the Run
  • After the Run Stick around to cool down, chat with other participants, and enjoy the community atmosphere before heading home.

Once each month, Run the Ranch becomes even bigger with a themed community celebration featuring activities for the entire family. These signature evenings may include local vendors, food trucks, live music, giveaways, family activities, and seasonal themes that bring even more excitement to Thursday nights.

 

Every monthly celebration offers something unique while continuing to support local businesses and bring the community together.

In addition to our weekly community run and walk, the kickoff event will feature local vendors, live music, giveaways, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to connect with businesses and organizations from around the area. Whether you’re coming to run, walk, shop, or simply enjoy the atmosphere, this special evening is the perfect way to experience everything Run the Ranch has to offer.
